LPLDescription: Join Regina Stephens Owens for two days of powerful learning designed to inspire culture, strengthen collaboration, and build collective capacity. Participants will explore how to align purpose with practice, foster belonging in PLCs, use data to drive growth, adapt PLCs for small schools and singletons, and coach for competence rather than compliance.
