COPDescription: This CoP will provide factual information regarding the increase of mental health concerns with our students, understanding why our students are self medicating, and handling classroom behavior with consistency and empathy. Each class will focus on proactive strategies to strengthen student connections and build rapport. Hopefully, our discussions about current student/adult interactions and data collection from our dashboard will provide us with insight for a healthier and more successful school experience for both faculty and students.
