Join our Restorative Practices Community of Practice series to promote transformative disciplinary approaches and implement alternatives to suspension. The series kicks off on April 2nd with a full-day session led by Marisol Rerucha, focusing on the foundations of restorative practices and shifting staff perceptions. On May 21st, an in-person workshop will provide space for reflection, problem-solving, and refining action plans. The final virtual session on June 4th will guide teams in developing school-wide strategies, clear roles, and actionable steps for alternatives such as conflict resolution, restorative circles, peer mediation, and re-entry support.
