Event Registration is open to all Mid-State Regional Academy Counties.

COP Description:
● Use coaching tools, protocols, and language to support feedback conversations that accelerate teacher and staff development and ultimately lead to greater student learning outcomes
● Examine different styles and approaches to giving feedback
● Practice giving feedback in a variety of scenarios that drives growth and continuous learning
● Analyze formal and informal sources of data to monitor progress and determine next steps for development
● Practice delivering specific and actionable feedback and operating in a variety of scenarios
Consider how to build habits of delivering effective feedback in order to build positive cultures of improvement across teams, schools, and departments
Only regionally offered to Inyo and Mono counties. Intended Audience:
