Description: Our network is dedicated to driving meaningful change in educational practices through a collaborative improvement journey. In the first year, participants will learn from Matt McCue, Improvement Facilitator for the System Improvement Leads, in partnership with COE leaders through four powerful learning sessions designed to strengthen capacity, share strategies, and build systems that support lasting improvement. District teams—comprising 5–7 members—are encouraged to join. We recommend assembling a diverse team that includes both leadership and teachers from special education, as well as representation from general education leadership and teachers, along with counselors, coaches, and other team members that you believe would be high impact on your team.
